LeapScholar and Colorado State University Unveil New Partnership: Introducing New MBA Hybrid Program for Indian Students
Leap Scholar, a prominent division of Leap, has announced an exciting partnership with Colorado State University’s (CSU) College of Business, a prestigious institution in the USA. Leap and CSU are committed to making international education accessible and affordable for Indian students. This new collaboration opens doors for Indian students to pursue the highly sought-after MBA program in a hybrid format for a much more affordable cost.
Ranked among the top 1% of global universities by the Center for World University Rankings in 2023, Colorado State University is home to a thriving community of international students representing over 110 countries around the world. The College of Business MBA is one of the most acclaimed programs at CSU. It equips students with business fundamentals and proficiency in five competencies: innovation, finance, leadership, data analytics, and using business for a better world.
Since the STEM-designated MBA is provided in a hybrid format, the first half of the courses will be delivered in India, and the rest will be delivered on campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. This hybrid format will effectively reduce the program's tuition fees by almost INR 17.5 lakhs. The requirement for GRE and GMAT scores has been waived as a part of the eligibility criteria for the program. With a STEM degree, students can qualify for a 3-year post-study work authorization upon graduation, just like full-time international students.
Commenting on the collaboration with CSU, Vaibhav Singh, Co-Founder, Leap said, “Leap is enthusiastic and deeply committed to forging partnerships that fulfil the educational aspirations of Indian students. The MBA STEM program stands out as a favoured choice among international students, thanks to the multitude of career prospects they offer. We are thrilled about our recent collaboration with CSU, as it allows us to provide our students with the most sought-after programs at a more affordable cost.”
“CSU’s College of Business and Leap are excited to build on the success of the MCIS program and extend the partnership to include our MBA. We are proud to provide the Leap pathway to Indian students and make our world-class, STEM-designated MBA accessible and affordable,” said Travis Maynard, Senior Associate Dean – Academic Programs.
Applications are open now, and the last date to apply for the hybrid program is June 1, 2024. The fall session for the MBA program starts on Monday, August 19, 2024.
