LeapScholar and Indiana Tech Announce Partnership: Introducing new Hybrid Program for Indian Students

LeapScholar has unveiled its new partnership with Indiana Tech, a renowned STEM university in the midwest USA. LeapScholar, a part of Leap, has established global partnerships with top universities across the USA to increase accessibility and affordability for Indian students. As a part of Leap Advantage, this new collaboration introduces the ‘MS in Information Systems’ program to Indian students in a hybrid format at a much lower cost.

Indiana Tech is a comprehensive university located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The university extends its educational services beyond the home base with its regional campuses and online programs that meet the needs of students worldwide. Indiana Tech’s private, not-for-profit university specializes in career-oriented degree programs such as Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Computer Sciences, Criminal Justice, and Health Care Administration.

The hybrid program will be delivered to students through a part of it in India and the rest on-campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This new format will effectively reduce the program's total cost by almost 7 Lakhs. Since it’s a STEM program, students will qualify for a 3-year post-study work authorization upon graduation, just like full-time international students.

Commenting on the collaboration with Indiana Tech, Vaibhav Singh, Co-Founder, Leap said, “Leap is committed to forging partnerships that enable Indian students to access global education in an affordable manner. With the growing demand for STEM programs, our latest collaboration allows us to offer the popular MS in Information Systems’ program to Indian students in a hybrid format at a significantly reduced cost. This presents an exceptional opportunity for Indian students to pursue their dream of studying in the USA.”

"Indiana Tech has a strong history of serving international students and providing them with career-relevant education,” said Dr. Steve Herendeen, Vice President for Enrollment Management at Indiana Tech. “We are excited to partner with Leap to further expand our reach and impact. Utilizing technology only improves accessibility and opens doors for students who may not have the opportunity to study in the U.S. without this unique education delivery option. We are excited to serve students unreached by traditional approaches and help them achieve their educational and career goals."

The fall session for the MS in Information Systems program starts on September 2, 2024. Applications are open now! The last date to apply for the hybrid program is Aug 1, 2024.
